About me

I am a personal development coach and therapist. I was born and raised in Viljandi, and I hold a higher education degree from the University of Tartu Pärnu College, specializing in Tourism and Hotel Entrepreneurship. As the spiritual world, counseling, motivating, and inspiring others have always been close to my heart, I embarked on a multi-year training to become a holistic therapist at the Holistic Institute. My broad life and work experiences have brought me together with many fascinating colleagues and provided invaluable insights. Through these, I have been fortunate to learn to understand, appreciate, and love very different personalities. Working with people has taught me that giving and receiving must be in balance for everything to flow harmoniously.

My grandmother on my father’s side was a healer in Ukraine. During World War II, she was sent to work at a weapon factory in Leningrad, where she survived the blockade but lost her two daughters during the famine. To prevent herself from losing her mind from grief, she learned to interpret cards from an acquaintance who was a card reader. She passed on her knowledge and skills to me, even though I was only five years old when she left this world. Later, my guiding teachers and mentors were my father, who was an astrologer and healer.

I believe that all people in our lives are to some extent teachers, and life itself is the greatest challenge. I have always been fascinated by the human being — both the visible and invisible aspects — everything happening inside a person beneath the surface. I enjoy understanding the deep nature of people. I believe that everyone is good and valuable. The path to better understanding and knowledge has taken many years. I have learned a lot from my parents and grandparents, through life experiences, various studies, and working with clients. I have always been curious about the connection between the visible and invisible worlds. Life is much larger than we comprehend. It has been a gradually unfolding journey. I am an eternal learner and have completed many diverse courses in fields like metaphysical healing, energetic healing, Reiki, QiGong, astrology, numerology, palmistry, shamanism, psychology, NLP, and more.
