Holistic regression therapy, or journey therapy, helps individuals create a better connection with themselves. It can provide assistance for relationship issues, coping with unexpected events, addressing physical complaints, and overcoming dependency problems—introspection and working with one’s thoughts are essential for achieving balance and peace. Holistic practices help you attain a more harmonious collaboration between body and mind, allowing you to let go of negative thought burdens.

Holistic journeying takes you into your inner self and helps you achieve acceptance and satisfaction, enabling you to become more confident and courageous while seeing the world more positively. During the session, we first discuss the areas of concern in the client’s life. Then, the conversation continues under the therapist’s guidance in a meditative state, where the participant embarks on a journey into their inner world. In this state, one connects with their subconscious, and the events and thought patterns that need to be released emerge. Holistic therapy is also significant even if you do not currently feel any specific troubles. Conducting an early inventory of your inner world ensures that challenges do not affect you as severely, allowing you to be stronger, healthier, and wiser.

Fee: 1 session: 140 EUR, 4 sessions: 500 EUR
